Successful Workflow

1a.Target group: We compile the customer‘s target group, for example the buying team comprised of managers and procurement.
1b. Continuous consultation in newsletter marketing, for example planning topics, frequency and project management.

2. Draft of the core messages of the newsletter.

3a. Find an exciting topic:New products, industry success stories, sales promotions, open houses or trade fairs.
3b. Real-life photography: A local network of photographers will provide an excellent and cost effective way of portraiting the product in an everyday setting.
3c. Research and technical writing:We deliver the final text.
3d. Release of final text: We discuss the newsletter with our customer and, if necessary, also with his customer mentioned in the newsletter.
3e. Translation by native speakers: We publish the newsletter in the languages that our customer‘s company uses. Of course, the translation will be done by native speakers with a technical background!

5a. Company selection: We provide a full list of branch-specific companies and decision makers or buying teams – selected by countries or languages. This could vary from one hundred to several hundreds of companies and contacts.
5b. Database: We build a customized database with sales addresses to directly contact the decision makers and buying teams.
5c. Follow-ups with the target groups: Each of the chosen persons are contacted and requested to give feedback on the customer´s topics – if no interest is expressed, a referral within the company will be asked. Main benefit: Only potential buyers with a high level of interest will be contacted.

6. Distribution: We transmit the newsletter to the target groups in different countries.

7. Return on investment: The customer‘s sales team receives the latest contact data, so they can follow up the newsletter by phone. If wanted, records can be kept directly in the database.

8. Statistics and email tracking: Who opened which newsletters and when?

9. Our recommendation: A minimum of 6 newsletters each year and a maximum of 12. The best effects are achieved by 8 to 12 newsletters each year.
