Successful workflow

1a. Process of discussion:  We cleary define the tasks in communications. Sometimes a guided workshop with the management and the board is helpful.
1b. Visualization: Results are made visible in a SWOT diagram illustrating strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

8c. A detailed copy of the communication concept: The presentation handout is rich in images and illustrations and includes detailed descriptions of every marketing and PR-activity.
